Job summary

Bearing hands-on MECM/SCCM expertise, SBS Ecoclean Group seeks a seasoned professional with 5–7 years of experience to manage software deployment, OS deployment, and patch management across multiple locations. You will create and troubleshoot task sequences, manage packages, and automate repetitive tasks using PowerShell.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM).
• Strong practical experience in software/application deployment using MECM.
• OSD experience: creating, configuring, testing, and troubleshooting MECM Task Sequences.
• Experience in software packaging and deployment for Windows clients/servers.
• Strong experience analyzing and resolving installation/uninstallation failures.
• Familiar with MECM deployment logs and troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience in patch management and Windows update deployment.
• Experience with third-party application patching.
• Experience creating PowerShell or other automation scripts for software installation/configuration.
• Experience in second-level troubleshooting of Windows clients, drivers, applications, and deployment issues.
• Experience supporting distributed IT environments / multiple locations.
• Ability to work with MECM infrastructure (distribution points, repositories, databases, servers).
• Good understanding of Windows client/server administration.
• Demonstrated ownership and teamwork; long-term engagement expected.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are looking for a hands-on MECM/SCCM professional with 5–7 years of relevant experience

• The ideal candidate should:
• Have a strong technical foundation in MECM/SCCM and be comfortable working directly on deployments, task sequences, packages, patches, and troubleshooting
• Be able to independently analyse deployment failures using MECM and Windows logs and identify the root cause
• Have experience managing deployments across a large number of Windows systems and multiple locations
• Be systematic, detail-oriented, and disciplined in following deployment and change procedures
• Demonstrate ownership and accountability for assigned activities
• Be comfortable coordinating with local IT administrators and other technical teams
• Have good interpersonal skills and communicate effectively with people at different technical levels
• Be a collaborative team player who is willing to support colleagues when required
• Be comfortable working independently while escalating issues appropriately when necessary

Qualifications

Essential

• 5–7 years of relevant hands-on experience in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM)
• Strong practical experience in software/application deployment using MECM
• Hands-on experience in Windows Operating System Deployment (OSD), experience in creating, configuring, testing, and troubleshooting MECM Task Sequences
• Experience in software packaging and application deployment for Windows clients and servers
• Strong experience in analyzing and resolving installation and uninstallation failures
• Good knowledge of MECM deployment logs and troubleshooting techniques
• Experience in patch management and Windows update deployment
• Experience with third-party application patching
• Experience in creating and maintaining PowerShell or other automation scripts for software installation/configuration
• Experience in second-level troubleshooting of Windows clients, drivers, applications, and deployment-related issues
• Experience supporting distributed IT environments / multiple locations.
• Ability to work with MECM infrastructure including distribution points, repositories, databases, and servers
• Good understanding of Windows client and server administration
• Demonstrated ability to work as a team player and take ownership of assigned responsibilities
• Willingness and interest to work on a long-term assignment

Desirable

• Microsoft certifications related to MECM/SCCM, Intune, Windows Server, or Endpoint Administration.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune / Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
• Experience with Windows Autopilot.
• Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and related Microsoft infrastructure.
• Experience with WSUS and integration with MECM.
• Knowledge of SQL Server/database troubleshooting related to MECM.
• Experience with PowerShell automation beyond basic deployment scripts.
• Experience with application repackaging and deployment technologies such as MSI, MST, App-V, or similar.
• Experience with driver management and driver packages.
• Experience in managing large-scale software rollouts.
• Experience supporting multiple geographical locations / international IT environments.
• Knowledge of ITIL-based incidents, problems, and change-management processes.
• Experience in preparing technical documentation, SOPs, deployment guides, and troubleshooting instructions.
