Job summary

QBurst is seeking a skilled Architect / Associate Architect to lead the design, development, and governance of modern digital platforms in India. You will drive backend and frontend integration, cloud-native strategies, and scalable data architectures while mentoring teams.

You will define engineering standards, guide end-to-end project execution, and collaborate with frontend teams to deliver high-quality, secure solutions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in one or two backend languages: Java/Node.js/Python/Golang.
• RESTful APIs, microservices, event-driven patterns, and distributed systems.
• Frontend framework knowledge: React/Angular/Vue.
• Relational DBs: PostgreSQL/MySQL/SQL Server.
• NoSQL: MongoDB/DynamoDB/Redis/Cassandra/Elasticsearch.
• Cloud providers: AWS/Azure/Google Cloud.
• Cloud-native services: serverless, managed DBs, containers, queues, caching.
• CI/CD, automated deployments, monitoring, observability.
• Docker/Kubernetes, Terraform/CloudFormation is a plus.
• AI/LLM tools exposure and prompt engineering concepts.
• AI-native patterns like RAG pipelines, vector databases, embeddings.
• LangChain/LangGraph/LangFlow/OpenAI Agents concepts.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate must bring deep expertise in backend engineering, a strong understanding of frontend technologies, robust database fundamentals, and hands-on experience with cloud-native environments. The role demands strong technical leadership, the ability to mentor teams, define engineering standards, and drive end-to-end project execution.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions across web and mobile ecosystems
• Evaluate and select appropriate technology stacks for new projects
• Translate business requirements into technical architectures, integration patterns, and implementation plans

Requirements

• Hands-on development experience in at least one or two backend technologies such as Java/Node.js/Python/Golang
• Expertise in building RESTful APIs, microservices, asynchronous processing, event-driven patterns, and distributed systems
• Working knowledge of at least one frontend framework: React, Angular, or Vue
• Strong experience with Relational Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server
• Good understanding of NoSQL technologies: MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redis, Cassandra, Elasticsearch, etc
• Familiarity with at least one major cloud provider-AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native services (serverless, managed DBs, container services, queues, caching, etc.)
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, monitoring, and observability
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform / CloudFormation) is a plus
• Exposure to AI/LLM tools, prompt engineering concepts, and applied use of models in product engineering
• Knowledge of AI-native patterns such as RAG pipelines, vector databases, embeddings, etc
• Understanding of agentic frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, LangFlow, OpenAI Agents, DeepAgent, etc
