Job summary

PamTen Inc. seeks a senior Enterprise Architect to lead architecture initiatives across large-scale data stores, integrations, and enterprise applications (eCommerce, Web, and mobile).

You will design roadmaps, map business capabilities to the value chain, and perform gap assessments with a focus on delivering business value. Ideal candidates have 15+ years as a senior system engineer or architect, TOGAF preferred, and hands-on experience with ERP, CRM, and integration platforms.

Qualifications

• 15+ years' experience as a senior system engineer or architect delivering enterprise solutions.
• Experience in federated, global Enterprise Architecture structures.
• Proven ability to influence outcomes and document architectures.
• Experience with ERP/CRM/ MES systems and integration tech (Kafka, Apigee).
• Knowledge of AI/ML and advanced analytics is a plus.
• Healthcare industry knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform gap assessments from business capabilities and document gaps and roadmaps.
• Create roadmap plans to implement architectural improvements.
• Build architecture roadmaps, blueprints, and map business capabilities to the value chain.
• Provide architectural support to agile teams and drive architectural spikes.
• Collaborate with business customers, engineers, QA, and business analysts to deliver with deadlines.

Job description

Heavy stake holder management and business-oriented architecture background like open to work on any tech stack.

They don’t need technical architect like who speak lot of technical architecture background.

Enterprise Architecture experience with TOGAF is preferred.

You have actively contributed in building enterprise architecture and building architecture roadmaps, blueprints, business capabilities and map them to the value chain

Perform gap assessments from business capabilities and document the gaps and roadmaps and create the roadmap plans to implement them understand the clear differences between Tactical, strategitical business needs and identity the architectural amendments and create a plan to accomplish the business needs

• You bring 15+ years' experience as a senior system engineer or architect and have delivered enterprise solutions for large scale data stores (transactional and ODS), integrations, or in support of customer-facing enterprise applications (eCommerce, Web, or mobile apps). Preferably, you also have performed this role in leadership capacity with delivery responsibilities of a major system.
• You have experience working in a federated, global Enterprise Architecture organizational structure, and have a proven track record of success collaborating with business customers, engineers, QA, and business analysts within a deadline-driven and fast-paced environment.
• You possess strong (written & spoken) communication skills along with demonstrated ability to influence outcomes. Additionally, you are proficient in documenting architectural designs using MS-Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Smartsheet, or Lucid Charts.
• Additional preferred skills:
• You have experience with Enterprise Architecture tools (Abacus, LeanIX, HOPEX, etc.) and implementing in a Global IT organization.
• You hold Solution Architect, Open Group CA / TOGAF, or Cloud Architect certifications as a strong plus.
• You are experienced working in an Agile/Scrum Development Environment, specifically with supplying architectural support into Agile teams and driving architectural spikes.
• You are experienced with enterprise business applications used for commercial and manufacturing functions, such as Oracle ERP (EBS and Fusion), Salesforce, and Camstar MES, as well as integration technology such as Kafka event bus, Apigee API management, and associated connectivity patterns.
• You have exposure to generative AI, ML, and advanced analytical technologies as a desirable qualification.
• Ideally you have knowledge of provider-sponsored health insurance systems/processes and the Healthcare industry.
