Job summary

Kale Logistics Solutions in Bengaluru is seeking a seasoned .NET software engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications. You will collaborate with product owners to translate requirements into robust specifications and code, build APIs, and ensure high-quality delivery.

The role requires strong C# expertise, hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core, REST, and microservices, plus cloud deployment and DevOps familiarity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with proficiency in C# language.
• Bachelors or masters degree in computer science or related field.
• Good working experience in .NET framework - .NET Core and ASP.NET Core.
• Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID, REST, microservices and cloud-native designs.
• Experience designing scalable distributed applications.
• Clean, readable, reusable and testable C# code.
• Strong knowledge of data structures in C#.
• Frontend basics: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS.
• Relational DB design and PL/SQL tuning.
• Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFE).
• CI/CD, DevOps, containers and automation frameworks.
• Cloud deployment experience on at least one platform.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with product owners, managers and customers to explore requirements and translate use-case into specifications and solutions.

• Build scalable, reliable, clean code and unit tests for .NET applications.
• Perform code reviews, refactoring and unit testing to maintain code quality.
• Develop integrations with third-party APIs and external applications.
• Maintain and upgrade existing systems, optimize performance.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and document design decisions.
• Participate in planning, standups and retrospectives as part of the SDLC.
• Drive continuous improvement of development processes and practices.
• Resolve production issues with RCA and SLA adherence.
• Coordinate with Operations for deployment and issue resolution.
• Mentor junior developers and stay updated with latest technologies.
