• Absorption of processes, quality standards and development environment.
• Design, implementation, and integration of new software solutions/features, adhering to coding standards and best practices.
• Strong interaction and collaboration within the development team and with customers.
• Ensure software quality and successful quality gates for software release.
• Refactoring and comprehensive documentation of the existing codebase.
• Capture and mapping of software requirement specifications into Software Design Document.
• Responsible for milestone planning and execution, participate in periodic reviews.
