Qualifications

• MBA Finance / CFAs with tech / Digital / Analytics background.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in tech / Digital / Analytics background, financial planning & consulting, or project management roles.
• Strong proficiency in Digital / Analytics background, financial modeling and data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects, ideally in a consulting or finance environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Knowledge of AI and its application in finance is a plus but not required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI-driven financial tools and software.
• Certifications in FP&A, Project Management (PMP), or relevant fields.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for process improvement and innovation.
