Job description

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Strong experience working on implementation, configuration, and administration of Next-Gen Firewalls i.e. PaloAlto Firewall / Checkpoint Firewall.
2. Strong experience working on implementation, configuration, and administration in secure web gateway/Proxy/ ZTNA/NAC/CASB/CSPM/CNAPP solutions.
3. Provisioning solutions, based on consultation with the customer.
4. Develop an understanding of customer engagements (objectives, project scope, business and technical requirements) to ensure expectations are met.
5. Produce project-related documents including any required technical architecture diagrams. These documents might include SOW, High-Level Design, Low-Level Design, Migration Plan, etc.
6. Hands-on experience in migrating the firewalls/Proxy/ZTNA/NAC/CASB/CSPM/CNAPP.
7. Upgrade firmware, security patches, and latest software upgrades as per client policy.
8. Good understanding and hands-on experience in Firewall Policy, Routing, security profiles, and policy fine-tuning.
9. Knowledge and hands-on experience in SDWAN.
10. Basic knowledge of core networking technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
11. Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in Next-Gen firewalls for activities including Firewall HA, Site to Site VPN, and client VPN.
12. Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in ZTNA/Proxy/NAC/CASB/CSPM/CNAPP solutions.
13. Quickly respond, good troubleshooting skills, and implement resolutions for client issues.
14. Independent handling and managing severity.
15. Should be able to meet the defined SLAs for service delivery signed off by clients.
16. Execute approved maintenance activities and configuration changes.
17. Provide telephonic, remote, onsite, or email support to clients when required.
