• Plan and deliver curriculum effectively using appropriate teaching-learning methodologies, ensuring competency-based, experiential, and student-centric learning in alignment with NEP 2020.
• Assess and monitor student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain academic records, lesson plans, assessment data, and other documentation as required by the school and CBSE.
• Participate actively in co-curricular activities, parent interactions, school events, and capacity-building programmes.
• Perform other academic and administrative responsibilities assigned by the school from time to time.
