We’re looking for a sharp, creative, and results-driven Social Media Strategist to join our team full-time.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies for our clients across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more. You’ll craft compelling content, guide brand voice, plan calendars, and collaborate with our design and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life.

What You’ll Do:

• Create, manage, and optimize social media strategies tailored to each client’s brand and goals
• Develop original content ideas, captions, and messaging that engage audiences and build communities
• Oversee content calendars, posting schedules, and performance tracking
• Work closely with graphic designers and other team members to ensure content is on-brand and visually strong
• Analyze results, report performance metrics, and continuously look for ways to improve engagement and reach
• Stay up to date on social trends, platform changes, and best practices

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years experience in managing social media for brands or agencies
• Excellent writing and communication skills- grammar, clarity, and tone matter here
• Strong understanding of content strategy, audience targeting, and campaign planning
• Creative thinker who can ideate quickly and execute with quality
• Organized and deadline-driven, able to juggle multiple client accounts
• Familiarity with tools like Socialpilot, Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar
