Job
- Develop and execute a comprehensive LinkedIn marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Create and manage engaging content (posts, articles, videos, and infographics) tailored to LinkedIn audiences.
- Grow and manage the company\'s LinkedIn page and executives\' personal LinkedIn profiles (if applicable).
- Optimize LinkedIn campaigns for brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Launch and manage LinkedIn Ads (Sponsored Content, Message Ads, Text Ads, etc.) and monitor performance metrics.
Ideal Candidate
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in business development, lead generation, or sales outreach, specifically via LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn platform functionalities, including prospecting, InMail, and messaging strategies.
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Hands-on experience in Workflow Automation and AI tools.
- Ability to write professional, personalized, and engaging outreach messages.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce).
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to understand client needs and align solutions accordingly.
- Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
