About the internship

• Monitor comments and messages, responding professionally when appropriate and escalating queries as needed.
• Track post performance and compile basic engagement metrics for regular reviews.
• Support the digital marketing team with campaign coordination, content calendars, and routine updates.
• Proofread social media copy for clarity, accuracy, and natural English before publication.
