About the Role

We are hiring a Social Media and Content Intern with a strong interest in social platforms, content creation, and how brands grow online. This is a hands‑on role. You will be involved in ideating, shooting, editing, writing, and publishing content across live brand accounts, while learning the fundamentals of platform‑first content pacing, hooks, formats, and creative direction.

If you actively follow social media trends, have run or contributed to a page of your own, and want to build a career in content and social, this role is a strong fit.

This is a paid internship with a monthly stipend and a clear path to a full‑time role for strong performers.

What You'll Do

Ideas and content

• Ideate reels, posts, and short‑form content across live client accounts
• Spot trends early and turn them into brand‑relevant ideas fast
• Shoot on phone, cut in CapCut or InShot, write the caption, and ship
• Build content calendars that balance planned posts with reactive moments
• Bring fresh ideas, references, and formats into every planning conversation
• Support day‑to‑day management of client social media accounts
• Post, engage in comments, reply to DMs, and keep the community alive
• Track post performance and learn what's working and why
• Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and content creators to keep the calendar moving

What We're Looking For

• Strong interest in social media platforms, trends, and content creation
• Genuine curiosity about how brands grow through social media
• Any experience running or contributing to a social media page personal, community, college club, side project, or freelance
• Comfort shooting content on phone and editing in CapCut, InShot, or similar tools
• Comfort appearing on camera as a host or presenter
• Strong writing skills and a good sense of caption tone
• Working knowledge of Instagram, YouTube Shorts, X, and LinkedIn
• Willingness to travel within the city for shoots, events, and on‑ground content
• Ability to take feedback constructively and apply it quickly
