You’ll be the strategist and the creative voice behind our brand (and our clients’) digital presence — from sharp captions to trend‑aware Reels. If you can make a brand feel alive on the timeline and prove it with numbers, you’re the person we’re looking for.

This social media manager job in Pune isn’t a “make 10 posts a week and disappear” role. It’s a full creative‑strategic position where you own the calendar, the captions, the community, and the conversions. You’ll work across multiple brands, multiple tones, and multiple platforms — with the freedom to experiment instead of running the same template every week.

What You’ll Actually Do (No Fluff, Just Real Work)

Strategy & Content

• Craft scroll‑stopping content strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and YouTube
• Plan, schedule, and publish posts using Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later
• Create or brief visuals that match the quality of your captions (bonus if you can edit in Canva or Adobe)
• Stay glued to trends, memes, and algorithm changes — you’re the newsroom for our feeds
• Collaborate with the design and copy team to keep every post 100 % on‑brand

Community & Performance

• Respond to DMs and comments — make sure our community knows we see them
• Track analytics — know what’s working, what’s flopping, and what needs a refresh
• Manage paid social ads and optimize them until they’re driving real conversions
• Report on growth, engagement, and ROI — in plain English, not jargon
• Build content playbooks that scale across our growing client roster

You, If You’re the Right Fit — Social Media Manager With 2–3 Years Experience

We’re looking for a social media manager with 2–3 years of experience who’s past the “still figuring out captions” stage and ready to own brand voices. You already know what works on Instagram, what falls flat on LinkedIn, and what gets ignored on Twitter. Now you want a role that lets you apply that intuition at scale.

Must‑Have

• 2–3 years as a social media manager, content marketer, or digital marketer
• Fluent across platforms — Instagram trends, LinkedIn etiquette, YouTube basics
• Comfortable juggling multiple brands and multiple tones without losing the plot
• Skilled in scheduling tools and analytics dashboards — Meta Business Suite, GA4, etc.
• Canva‑savvy or Adobe‑fluent — we’re not picky, just make it look good
• Strong writing skills, creative ideas, and a sense of storytelling
• Self‑starter mindset — you don’t need micromanaging, just good briefs and good coffee

Bonus Points

• Experience running paid social campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn Ads
• Familiarity with influencer outreach and creator collaborations
• Comfort with short‑form video editing for Reels and Shorts
• Understanding of community management at scale
• Prior agency experience handling multiple client accounts
