Job summary

Jyoti Punj Hospital in Patna is seeking a Social Media & Content Manager to tell our story across major platforms, capture day-to-day excellence of our medical team, and drive both organic and paid growth.

You will manage Instagram, Facebook and X accounts, create and edit on-site video content, and run Meta Ads campaigns while building an engaging community.

Locally based in Patna, you will film on-site, collaborate with doctors and staff, and lead our hospital’s digital voice.

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media & Content Manager to help us tell our story, connect with our community, and grow our digital presence across all major platforms.

The Role

We need a dynamic digital storyteller who is as comfortable behind the camera as they are navigating an Ads Manager dashboard. You will own our social media strategy from end to end- capturing the day-to-day excellence of our medical team, sharing impactful patient journeys, and driving both organic and paid growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Management: Oversee and grow the hospital’s official accounts on Instagram, Facebook, and X (formerly Twitter).
• On-Site Content Creation: conceptualize, film, and edit high-quality video content (Reels/Shorts), including patient testimonials, doctor spotlights, and facility tours.
• Digital Advertising: Set up, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) to drive patient acquisition and awareness.
• Organic Growth Strategy: Implement engagement tactics, hashtag strategies, and community management to boost our organic reach and follower base.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track page performance, ad spend ROI, and audience engagement, adjusting strategies based on the data.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
• Strong video shooting and editing skills (proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, InShot, or similar tools).
• Hands-on experience running and optimizing paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads Manager).
• A creative eye for visual storytelling and a strong understanding of current social media trends and algorithms.
• Excellent communication skills and the professional demeanor required to interact respectfully with doctors, staff, and patients.
• Must be locally based in Patna, as this role requires regular on-site filming at the hospital.

Compensation & Perks

• Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month
