Job summary

OSHO Himalayas Wellness Resort in the Dhauladhar foothills seeks a hands‑on Social Media Lead to own our entire content function, from strategy to publishing and performance across Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.

You will lead the in‑house content team, shoot on location, and ensure content drives bookings by collaborating with sales and marketing. On‑site role with stay and meals provided, negotiable 40k INR based on portfolio.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years managing social media, preferably in hospitality, wellness, travel, or lifestyle.
• Genuinely strong at both shooting and editing — hands‑on role, not just supervision.
• Proven track record of growing an account organically with measurable results.
• Ability to lead a small team and keep a production calendar moving.
• Comfortable living and working in the hills; on‑site role, not remote.
• Bonus: understanding of meditation, yoga, or wellness culture; Hindi + English fluency.

• Track reach, engagement, saves, and leads generated; report performance monthly and act on it
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team so content actually feeds bookings

What we're looking for
