RINESSA in Noida is seeking a Social Media Designer/Manager to plan, execute, and monitor campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and YouTube. You will develop content calendars, create posts, manage community engagement, and respond to messages with brand-consistent tone.

The role emphasizes on-brand content editing (video and photo), performance analysis, and collaboration with content creators and the marketing team to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent working knowledge in photo editing and video editing software.
• Knowledge in posting content on all SM platforms.
• Basic knowledge in Meta dashboard and ads performance analytics.
• Strong social media marketing and SMO skills, including managing brand accounts and campaigns.
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Ability to develop and implement content strategy aligned with brand and business goals.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools, reporting on KPIs, and using insights to improve performance.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Designer/Manager role based in Noida. The Social Media Manager will plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Youtube etc. Responsibilities include developing content calendars, creating and coordinating posts, managing community engagement, and responding to messages and comments in a timely, brand-consistent manner. The role strongly involves content editing which includes video and photo editing to the standards of the Brand. The role Basic level analysing performance metrics. and collaborating with content creators and marketing team members.

Qualifications

• Excellent working knwoledge in professional Photo editing and Video editing Softwares.
• Knowlege in using and posting content in all SM platforms.
• Basic Knowledge in Meta dashboard and analysing Perfomrance of the ads.
• Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimisation (SMO) skills, including experience managing brand accounts and campaigns.
• Candidates should possess good Communication and Writing skills.
• Candidates should possess the ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategy aligned with brand and business goals.
• Basic knowkedge with social media analytics tools, reporting on KPIs, and using insights to improve performance is highly beneficial.
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment are important.
