About the Role

We're launching PW Disha Mentorship a 1:1 guidance platform for NEET & JEE aspirants and we're on the hunt for a creative, confident, and camera-friendly Social Media Manager to lead our online presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and grow the digital presence of 1:1 Disha Mentorship across Instagram, Telegram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Plan and create platform-specific content calendars, including reels, carousels, stories, and short videos.
• Engage actively with the student community through DMs, comments, and live sessions.
• Take part in or conduct short interviews, mentor videos, or podcast-style snippets with students, parents, or mentors.
• Bring creativity to video content creation and editingwhether it's a trending reel or a heartwarming mentor story.
• Track performance metrics and use insights to optimize future content.

You Should Have

• 14 yrs of social media experience (edtech is a plus)
• Own channel with 30K50K+ followers is a plus.
• Strong communication skillsboth on-screen and off-screen
• Beginner-level video editing skills (CapCut/InShot/Canva)
• Experience in video creation or being in front of the camera
