Job summary

ArthLife in Swargate, Pune is seeking a creative Social Media Intern to manage Instagram content, assist with campaigns, and support fashion-focused shoots. The role covers content creation, trend research, and calendar management in a fast-paced kidswear brand environment.

The internship runs for 6 months with a monthly stipend of ₹5,000 and standard working hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Freshers and students in related fields are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day social media activities, especially Instagram.

• Assist with photoshoots, styling, and product presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and assist with day-to-day social media activities, primarily Instagram.
• Create engaging Instagram posts, stories, reels, and other social media content.
• Assist in developing creative content ideas and social media campaigns.
• Coordinate with the Fashion Design and Creative teams for product shoots and content creation.
• Create visually appealing creatives using Canva and other design tools.
• Assist with photoshoots, styling, behind-the-scenes content, and product presentation.
• Research current social media trends, reels, sounds, hashtags, and content formats.
• Maintain a regular social media content calendar.
• Monitor engagement, reach, and basic social media performance.
• Support promotional activities, launches, exhibitions, and other brand activities.
• Stay updated with the latest fashion, kidswear, and social media trends.

Requirements

• Students or freshers pursuing Fashion, Mass Communication, Marketing, Social Media, Design, or a related field.
• Good understanding of Instagram and social media trends.
• Basic knowledge of Canva is required.
• Creative mindset with a good eye for aesthetics and visual presentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to create engaging and trend-focused content.
• Knowledge of basic photography/video editing will be an added advantage.
