About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Intern who is passionate about YouTube growth and content creation. The role focuses on scaling a YouTube channel through organic strategies, increasing subscriber count, and improving overall engagement.

Responsibilities

• Grow the YouTube channel organically by increasing subscribers and views
• Research trending topics, content ideas, and competitor strategies
• Understand and apply YouTube algorithm strategies (SEO, CTR, watch time, retention)
• Perform keyword research for video optimization (titles, tags, descriptions)
• Create and upload 2 videos per day
