Location: Gurgaon Work Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Saturday (6 Days/Week)

Role Overview We are looking for a highly creative and trend-savvy Social Media Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced event organizing team. In this role, you will be the visual voice of our events, responsible for creating scroll-stopping content that builds hype, drives ticket sales, and captures the unforgettable energy of our experiences. If you live on social media, design with purpose, and thrive in an action-packed environment, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Conceptualize and design engaging static graphics, carousels, and short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) tailored for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X.
• Trend Leveraging: Continuously monitor social media algorithms, viral trends, and emerging design techniques (including AI design tools) to keep our brand visually fresh and relevant.
• Event Lifecycle Marketing: Design end-to-end event collateral, including teaser campaigns, artist/speaker announcements, countdowns, live-event coverage templates, and post-event highlight graphics.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain and elevate the company's visual identity across all digital platforms, ensuring every post aligns with our brand guidelines and the specific theme of each event.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and event operations teams to ensure design outputs align with promotional schedules and ticket-sale milestones

Technical Skills

• Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva Pro. Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut for basic video editing and motion graphics is a massive plus.
• Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of social media image/video dimensions, format limitations, and visual best practices across different platforms.
• Typography & Layout: Strong foundational design skills with a keen eye for typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating past experience specifically in social media design and digital marketing (event industry experience is highly preferred).

Soft Skills

• Time Management & Agility: The event industry moves fast. You must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapt to sudden lineup or venue changes, and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Availability: Comfort and commitment to working a 6-day workweek (Monday to Saturday), with the flexibility to occasionally support live event coverage during off-hours or weekends if necessary.
• Receptiveness to Feedback: Ability to take constructive criticism from creative directors or marketing leads and quickly iterate on designs.
• Proactive Problem Solving: A self-starter attitude with the ability to take a vague brief ("make it look like a summer festival") and turn it into a concrete visual concept.
