Qualifications

• Early-career or student based in Mumbai, with hybrid work ability.
• Strong typography and layout sense for premium social content.
• Experience with Instagram formats: statics, carousels, and short videos.
• Willingness to learn AI-assisted content tools.
• Portfolio or samples of social media design/editing preferred.

Bournne is a premium menswear brand being built in Mumbai , considered, unhurried, and made for the man who is becoming. We're looking for a Social Media Designer & Editor to help shape how the brand shows up on Instagram: designing and editing content that feels calm, textured, and effortless rather than loud.

You'll work closely with our art direction lead, translating shoots and ideas into finished social content and you'll have real ownership over the pipeline, not just execution handed to you.

What you'll do

• Design social-first creative for Instagram : statics, carousels, and motion : with a restrained, premium eye


• Edit photo and video from brand shoots into finished, on-brand posts


• Help run the content calendar and posting pipeline day to day


• Work within an AI-assisted content workflow, using the right tools for speed, motion, and volume without losing craft


• Collaborate on capsule launches from concept through publish

Who you are

• You have both a design eye and editing chops — this role needs both


• Comfortable across design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or equivalent) and video editing (Premiere, CapCut, DaVinci, or similar)


• Drawn to quiet, premium aesthetics over maximalism — texture, stillness, restraint


• Curious about AI content tools and how they fit a real workflow


• Early-career or student, based in or around Mumbai, able to work hybrid
