Overview

Social Media Content Creator

A dynamic role within the Digital Marketing & Creative Agency sector focused on social-first performance and brand storytelling. You will join an on-site team in India dedicated to creating high-impact short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok) that drives engagement, follower growth, and measurable business outcomes for diverse B2C and D2C clients.

Responsibilities
  • Conceptualise, script, shoot, and edit 10–20 short-form videos per week (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) aligned to campaign briefs and content calendar.
  • Own end-to-end Reels production: storyboard, talent direction, on-set filming, audio design, color grading, and final edits optimized for platform performance.
  • Collaborate with performance marketers and designers to iterate creative variations and A/B test hooks, thumbnails, and captions for higher CTR and view-through rates.
  • Use platform analytics to track performance, report insights, and recommend optimizations to boost engagement, reach, and conversion metrics.
  • Maintain a rolling content calendar and asset library; ensure brand guidelines, copyright, and caption best practices are followed across all posts.
  • Stay current with platform trends, emerging formats, and viral mechanics to proactively pitch content ideas that increase organic reach.
Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Proven experience creating viral and high-engagement short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Hands-on proficiency with Adobe After Effects
  • Practical experience with Canva for quick social assets
  • Experience using Meta Business Suite or platform-native publishing/analytics tools
  • Strong short-form video editing skills (timing, pacing, captioning, sound design)

Preferred

  • Experience directing talent and running on-set shoots for social content
  • Familiarity with creator collaborations and UGC-style content production
  • Basic knowledge of social paid amplification workflows and creative testing
