Sanvi Business Solutions in Chennai is hiring a Social Media Executive for onsite duties at Anna Nagar. The role covers end-to-end management of social channels, content creation, and community growth, with 1–3 years of experience and a salary of INR 25,000–30,000 per month.

You will plan monthly content calendars, shoot and edit reels using CapCut, VN, and InShot, collaborate with designers, engage audiences, and report performance weekly.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years proven experience as Social Media Executive / Social Media Specialist / SMM.
• Deep understanding of Instagram algorithm, reels, trends, hashtags & best posting time
• Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio
• Basic designing & video editing: Canva, CapCut, VN, InShot
• Excellent communication & caption writing skills in English, Tamil is a big plus
• Portfolio of pages / accounts managed

Location: Anna Nagar, Chennai (Work From Office – Onsite)

Industry: Events, Entertainment & Lifestyle Brand

Experience: 1-3 Years

Salary: INR 25,000 – 30,000 per month (Based on interview & skills)

Working Hours: 10 AM – 7 PM | Monday to Saturday

ABOUT THE COMPANY:

We are a fast-growing Events & Entertainment Brand based in Anna Nagar, Chennai. We are looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Executive who can take our brand to the next level with trending content and strong social media presence.

Social Media Management

• End-to-end handling of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube & Threads
• Create, schedule and publish daily posts, stories, reels
• Maintain brand consistency in tone, voice and aesthetics

Content Creation & Strategy

• Plan and execute monthly content calendar aligned with brand campaigns & events
• Shoot, edit and create high-quality reels, short videos using CapCut, VN, InShot
• Ideate trending reel concepts, meme marketing & viral content formats
• Coordinate with graphic designer for creatives, carousels, posters, event announcements
• Write engaging captions, hashtags & CTAs

Community Management & Growth

• Manage DMs, comments, mentions and respond in brand voice
• Drive organic growth in followers, reach, engagement & leads
• Research competitors, hashtags, trends and implement best practices
• Build and manage online community

Influencer & Campaign Management

• Identify and coordinate with micro-influencers, creators & collaborators in Chennai
• Support in execution of event promotions, product launches & online campaigns
• Assist digital marketing team with paid promotion coordination

Reporting & Analytics

• Track social media performance using Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, YouTube Analytics
• Prepare weekly / monthly performance report with growth insights
• Suggest improvements based on data

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Skills

• 1-3 years proven experience as Social Media Executive / Social Media Specialist / SMM
• Deep understanding of Instagram algorithm, reels, trends, hashtags & best posting time
