Job summary

Sanvi Business Solutions is hiring a Social Media Executive for our Anna Nagar, Chennai office. You will manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Threads, plan content calendars, shoot and edit reels, and collaborate with designers to produce posters and campaigns.

We value strong caption writing, English skills, and a can-do attitude. This onsite role runs 10 AM to 7 PM, Mon-Sat, with immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years proven experience as Social Media Executive / Specialist / SMM.
• Deep understanding of Instagram algorithm, reels, trends, hashtags & best posting time.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio.

Location: Anna Nagar, Chennai (Work From Office - Onsite)

Experience: 1-3 Years

Salary: INR 25,000 - 30,000 per month (Based on interview & skills)

Working Hours: 10 AM - 7 PM | Monday to Saturday

ABOUT THE COMPANY:

We are a fast-growing Events & Entertainment Brand based in Anna Nagar, Chennai. We are looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Executive who can take our brand to the next level with trending content and strong social media presence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Social Media Management:

• End-to-end handling of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube & Threads

• Create, schedule and publish daily posts, stories, reels

• Maintain brand consistency in tone, voice and aesthetics

Content Creation & Strategy:

• Plan and execute monthly content calendar aligned with brand campaigns & events

• Shoot, edit and create high-quality reels, short videos using CapCut, VN, InShot

• Ideate trending reel concepts, meme marketing & viral content formats

• Coordinate with graphic designer for creatives, carousels, posters, event announcements

• Write engaging captions, hashtags & CTAs

Community Management & Growth:

• Manage DMs, comments, mentions and respond in brand voice

• Drive organic growth in followers, reach, engagement & leads

• Research competitors, hashtags, trends and implement best practices

• Build and manage online community

Influencer & Campaign Management:

• Identify and coordinate with micro-influencers, creators & collaborators in Chennai

• Support in execution of event promotions, product launches & online campaigns

• Assist digital marketing team with paid promotion coordination

Reporting & Analytics:

• Track social media performance using Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, YouTube Analytics

• Prepare weekly / monthly performance report with growth insights

• Suggest improvements based on data

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Must-Have Skills:

• 1-3 years proven experience as Social Media Executive / Social Media Specialist / SMM

• Deep understanding of Instagram algorithm, reels, trends, hashtags & best posting time

• Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio

• Basic designing & video editing: Canva, CapCut, VN, InShot

• Excellent communication & caption writing skills in English, Tamil is a big plus

• Portfolio of pages / accounts managed

Good to Have:

• Experience in Events, Entertainment, Hospitality, Lifestyle, Fashion, Media industry

• Knowledge of influencer marketing & brand collaborations

• Photography / videography interest

• Knowledge of basic SEO, YouTube optimization

Education:

• Any Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Visual Communication, Digital Marketing preferred
