Job summary

Future Agents in India is seeking a creative Social Media Content Specialist to plan, script, edit, and publish engaging content across Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn. You will write clear scripts in English and Hinglish, edit reels with CapCut or Premiere Pro, and optimize distribution while tracking performance data.

You should bring 1–3 years of brand social media experience, a proven growth record, strong analytics, and daily use of AI tools.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience managing social media content for a business or brand.
• Proven results you can show, with metrics such as growth in views, followers or engagement.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics.
• Hands-on video editing skills on CapCut, Premiere Pro or a similar tool.
• Strong command of AI tools and daily use in work.
• Fluent spoken and written English; strong communication skills.
• Ability to write simple, clear scripts.
• Any graduate.
