Job summary

Innovera School is seeking a Digital Marketing & Social Media Intern to gain hands-on experience in managing social platforms, content creation, trend research, and marketing campaigns.

You'll work hybrid from Lullanagar Head Office, Pune for 6 months, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a stipend of 10,000–12,000 INR per month. Freshers welcome; PPO on performance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct content, competitor, and trend research.
• Identify trending topics, formats, hooks, sounds, and content opportunities.
• Assist in photo and video shoots.
• Edit videos and create visual content for social media platforms.
• Monitor audience engagement and respond to interactions when required.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth content execution.
• Support marketing campaigns, events, presentations, and reporting activities.
• Track content performance and assist with basic analytics.
