Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, with strong grounding in security operations, incident response, and threat monitoring.
• 3+ years of experience leading SOC teams or managing security service delivery in MSSP or managed-services environments.
• Hands-on understanding of SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, QRadar, Elastic), EDR/XDR, and SOAR tooling.
• Solid knowledge of incident response methodologies, the cyber kill chain, and MITRE ATT&CK.
• Proven track record of managing SLAs, KPIs, and client relationships in a delivery-focused role.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks and standards (NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and escalation-handling skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of SOC services for clients, ensuring SLA/KPI adherence.
