Job summary

Sandoz Private Limited is seeking a Solution Analyst to own and safeguard the global MES framework (PAS‑X) and lead build & run activities across STEP. You will ensure compliant delivery, validation, integrations, security controls, and audit readiness for global MES solutions.

The role requires 5+ years of PAS‑X MES experience in regulated pharma environments, strong MES concepts knowledge, and hands-on SAP integration experience. A Bachelor’s in a related field is required; Master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Körber PAS‑X MES in regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of MES concepts: EBR, recipe management, shop-floor execution, material flows.
• PAS‑X integration with SAP S/4HANA (PP, QM, inventory, batch management).
• Experience integrating MES with automation, PLC/SCADA, historians, and shop-floor systems.
• GxP/CSV-regulated environment experience; governance, change management, and documentation discipline.

Responsibilities

• Support to develop strategic plans for the Function and visibility of mid-term portfolio plans.
• Contribute to development and deployment of the TT Operating Model; drive standardization across functions.
• Manage execution of operational processes: financial reporting, budgeting, hiring, location strategy, people development, training, communications.
• Monitor performance and drive service level improvements; manage risks and issues; liaise with external research/advisory partners to bring market trends to the Function.

Job Description Summary

Serve as the Solution Analyst for Körber PAS‑X Manufacturing Execution, performing Technical System Owner–like responsibilities for global MES solutions within STEP. You will safeguard the STEP Global MES Template, orchestrate build & run activities, and ensure compliant delivery and operation across projects — including validation, integrations, security controls evidencing, and audit readiness.

Job Description Major accountabilities

• Support to develop strategic plans for the Function and the visibility of mid-term portfolio plans for the supported business areas
• Contribute to the development and evolution of the TT Operating Model and support its deployment in the Function. Proactively identify TT operating model improvement areas. Support the Global Head of Function or Heads in day‑to‑day management. Act as one integrated team with other Strategic Planning and Business Operations associates across the TT functions to ensure standardized and best‑in‑class solutions are being implemented
• Manage the execution of key operational processes for the Function such as: financial reporting and budgeting planning, hiring and location strategy, people development and upskilling, training, and communications, etc. to ensure smooth running of the business and achievement of operational targets
• Monitor the Function's overall performance (services, quality, and financials) and proactively identify opportunities to increase service levels and mitigate any functional level risks or issues. Drive the adoption of Ways of Working implemented on a local or global level in line with organizational direction. Liaise with external research and advisory companies and other Innovation Ecosystem participants to get familiar with the evolution of markets trends and bring innovative processes into the Function

Minimum Requirements

Work Experience: 5+ years of experience with Körber PAS‑X MES in regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environments Strong understanding of Manufacturing Execution concepts including EBR, recipe management, shop‑floor execution, and material flows Hands on experience in MES upgrade projects (PAS‑X) is highly valuable Proven experience integrating PAS‑X with SAP S/4HANA (PP, QM, inventory, batch management) Experience integrating MES with automation, PLC/SCADA, historians, and other shop‑floor systems Experience working in GxP / CSV‑regulated environments Skills: Strong understanding of change governance, configuration management, and Jira/ALM tooling Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills in global, multi‑site programs Excellent documentation, release, and operational readiness discipline Languages: English.
