Job summary

Sandoz Private Limited in India seeks an experienced SAP Finance & OpenText VIM specialist to ensure successful execution of complex programs. You will analyze requirements, design solutions, manage implementations, and ensure seamless integration with sourcing, procurement, and vendor invoice management.

The role requires strong S/4HANA Finance expertise, OpenText VIM, OCR, and a track record of large-scale SAP programs, with focus on compliance, data integrity, and collaborative stakeholder

Qualifications

• University degree or master's in Finance & Accounting.
• 10+ years of SAP experience with S/4HANA Finance.
• Strong experience with OpenText VIM and OCR.
• Experience in large-scale SAP programs.
• Experience in requirements analysis, solution design, implementation management, testing, and QA.

Responsibilities

• Requirements analysis with stakeholders to clearly define and document needs.
• Develop solution designs aligning with business objectives.
• Oversee implementation management ensuring quality, budget, and timelines.
• Ensure seamless system integration and address technical challenges.
• Coordinate interface development with third-party tools such as Blackline, Promenta, and ADP.
• Engage stakeholders and facilitate effective communication.
• Develop test plans and perform testing to ensure requirements are met.
• Maintain thorough documentation of designs, plans, and test results.
• Provide training and user support.

Job Description Major accountabilities

• Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring they are clearly defined and documented.
• Solution Design: Develop comprehensive solution designs that align with business objectives, leveraging different technologies.
• Implementation Management: Oversee the implementation of technology solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Integration: Ensure seamless system integration, addressing any technical challenges that may arise.
• Support Interface development with third party tools like Blackline, Promenta, ADP.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of solution designs, implementation plans, and testing results.
• Training and Support: Provide support for training and support activities to end-users.

Minimum Requirements
