Job summary
Sandoz seeks a Senior Solution Analyst - Finance to drive SAC Planning & Forecasting design, implementation, and optimization. You will collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver robust planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytics using SAP technologies and data platforms.
You will lead SAP-based projects, ensure integration across SAC, S/4HANA, BW, and DataSphere, and guide testing, documentation, and change management to realize business value.
Qualifications
- University Degree or Master’s Degree with a focus on Finance & Accounting.
- 10+ years of SAP experience, including 5+ years in SAP S/4HANA.
- Hands-on expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning & Forecasting.
- Strong knowledge of SAP COPA/Margin Analysis and financial reporting processes.
- Experience integrating SAC with SAP BW, SAP DataSphere, BDC, and SAP S/4HANA.
- Proven experience in requirements analysis, solution design, and implementation management in large-scale transformation programs.
- Strong QA, documentation, and stakeholder management experience.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements for finance planning, forecasting, and reporting solutions.
- Design end-to-end technology solutions aligned with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards.
- Lead and support the implementation of SAP-based planning and forecasting solutions, ensuring quality delivery within timelines and budgets.
- Ensure seamless integration between SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW, SAP DataSphere, and related reporting platforms.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, project teams, and technical experts to facilitate collaboration and decision-making.
- Develop and execute testing strategies, test plans, and quality assurance activities to validate requirements and solution performance.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including designs, implementation plans, test results, and support materials.
- Support user training, change management, and ongoing operational support to drive adoption and value.

- Strong background in testing, quality assurance, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Experience working within regulatory, GxP, and data integrity compliance frameworks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable technology solutions.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience working within pharmaceutical, life sciences, or other highly regulated industry environments.
