KnowBe4 in Bengaluru, India seeks a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and optimize Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud) that meet business goals. You will translate requirements into scalable technical designs and mentor junior developers while upholding coding standards.

This second-shift role emphasizes hands-on leadership, strong integration experience (REST/SOAP, MuleSoft or Celigo), Salesforce DX, and performance tuning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
• 5+ years of hands-on development experience with Salesforce Platform (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL/SOSL).
• Proven experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom application development.
• Experience with integration tools and techniques (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Celigo, or similar).
• Familiarity with Salesforce DX and modern development practices preferred.
• Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I (required); Salesforce Platform Developer II (preferred).

The Snr. Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing Salesforce solutions in alignment with business goals and technical standards. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions while maintaining system integrity and performance. The Snr. Developer will also provide ongoing support, perform advanced troubleshooting, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform. In addition, this position will mentor junior developers, uphold coding standards, and ensure development best practices are followed across the team.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

5+ years of hands-on development experience with Salesforce Platform (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL/SOSL).

Proven experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom application development.

Experience with integration tools and techniques (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Celigo, or similar).

Familiarity with Salesforce DX and modern development practices preferred.

Certifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I (required).
