Job description
- Sound knowledge of a broad range of HR areas including sourcing, performance, reward, learning & development.
- Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system.
- Employee attendance and leave management records.
- Identifying training needs and proposing appropriate training required by personnel.
- Provide administrative support in day-to-day operations of the organization.
- Recruitment and statutory compliance.
- Training & development, employee engagement, general administration, and complete HR function of the manufacturing plant.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, LWF, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act, and Payment of Bonus Act.
- A minimum of experience in a similar role.
