Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Bangalore is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Snowflake-based data engineering initiatives for utility and energy clients. You will design and build data pipelines, data models, and warehouse structures that turn raw data into actionable insights, while coordinating multi-stream delivery with global teams.

This role demands deep hands-on experience with Snowflake, Databricks, and cloud data services, plus strong leadership and client-facing communication to guide projects

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead Snowflake-based data engineering initiatives for utility and energy clients, translating business needs into scalable data solutions.
• Design and build data pipelines, transformation logic, and integration workflows across cloud data platforms.
• Manage complex delivery efforts from planning through deployment, balancing scope, timelines, and stakeholder priorities.
• Guide teams in developing data architecture, data models, and warehouse structures that support analytics and reporting.
• Validate data quality, lineage, and reconciliation controls across ingestion, processing, and storage layers.
• Apply knowledge of Snowflake, Databricks, and cloud data services to improve platform performance and maintainability.
• Coordinate technical discussions with client stakeholders and resolve design issues affecting data delivery.

As a Snowflake Utility & Energy Senior Manager you will lead data engineering work focused on designing and building data pipelines, integration patterns, and transformation solutions that help turn raw data into actionable insights for client needs within our Data and Analytics Engineering practice. As a Senior Manager you will leverage influence, strategic judgment, and advanced client-facing communication to guide complex work, motivate teams, and shape delivery across multiple work streams in a way that supports operational excellence. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Bangalore, you will bring together technical depth in data infrastructure, the ability to navigate ambiguous scenarios, and a focus on developing diverse, inclusive teams while advancing data-driven outcomes for utility and energy clients.

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor’s degree
