• Mentoring team members, strengthening technical capabilities, and providing coaching through work review and feedback.

As a Snowflake Utility Energy Manager you will lead data engineering work that designs and builds data infrastructure, pipelines, integration, and transformation solutions for client needs within our Data & Analytics Engineering practice. As a Manager you will motivate, develop, and coach teams, manage assigned workstreams, and bring structured planning, clear judgment, and technology-driven delivery to complex projects. In this role at PwC, you will guide delivery across Snowflake-based data solutions, coordinate work across multiple contributors, and help translate business needs into scalable data assets that support analysis and decision-making.

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 9+ years of experienceOral and written proficiency in English required
