Job summary

PwC’s Acceleration Center India in Bengaluru is seeking a Snowflake Databricks AI Manager to design data infrastructure and pipelines that turn raw information into actionable insights for clients in oil and gas sector.

You will lead cross-functional teams, coach junior professionals, manage delivery, and shape data integration solutions while promoting accountability, learning, and consistent results across advisory, assurance, tax and business services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 9+ years of experience in data engineering or related roles.
• English proficiency (spoken and written) required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Snowflake and Databricks data engineering workstreams across client engagements.
• Manage planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery for data platform initiatives.
• Develop data pipelines, integration flows, and transformation logic to move information into analytics environments.
• Design data architecture, modeling structures, and warehouse patterns for reporting and ML use cases.
• Apply AI tools and automation to improve pipeline development and data validation.
• Oversee performance tuning, queries, and troubleshooting in Snowflake/Databricks environments.
• Validate data quality, data security controls, and governance throughout the data lifecycle.
• Coach team members, review deliverables, and conduct feedback sessions.
• Identify client needs in oil and gas data modernization programs and translate into scalable solutions.
• Address delivery risks and cross-team dependencies while maintaining scope and timelines.

As a Snowflake Databricks AI Manager you will design and build data infrastructure and data pipelines that turn raw information into practical insights for clients in oil and gas, within our Data and Analytics Engineering practice. As a Manager you will lead teams, coach junior professionals, manage project workstreams, and apply sound judgment while navigating complex delivery needs, client priorities, and evolving technology tools. In this role at PwC, you will shape data integration and transformation solutions, support planning and execution across multiple deliverables, and help develop a team culture centered on accountability, learning, and consistent delivery.

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 9+ years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
