Job summary

Expleo, Pune, India, seeks a Snowflake Data Lead to drive design, development, and optimization of scalable data solutions on Snowflake. You will lead data engineering teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and shape enterprise data integration and analytics initiatives.

You will mentor engineers, implement best practices in data modeling, governance, and performance tuning, and guide deployments from development to production across multi-domain data platforms.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of IT experience with data engineering.
• 4+ years in complex SQL, stored procedures, and optimization.
• 3+ years hands-on Snowflake data engineering.
• Strong Python programming and automation.
• Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL/ELT, and dimensional modeling.
• Experience with ETL tools: Informatica, Talend, Matillion, DBT.
• Leadership of technical teams and cross-stakeholder delivery.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

As a Snowflake Data Lead, you will lead the design, development, and optimization of scalable data solutions on the Snowflake platform. • Solid understanding of Data Warehousing, ETL/ELT concepts, dimensional modeling, and data architecture.
• Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, Matillion, DBT, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of database design, data modeling, DDL/DML, and data governance principles.
• Experience leading technical teams and managing deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
