Job summary

MyCareernet is seeking an experienced Data Architect/Leader in Bengaluru to drive scalable data platforms using Snowflake, DBT and SQL. You will establish robust data integration across ERP, POS, CRM, and vendor sources, and design analytics for inventory, pricing and omnichannel insights.

You will mentor engineers, set data modeling standards, and partner with business stakeholders to deliver maintainable data products and reporting solutions using Power BI.

Qualifications

• 10–14 years of experience in data engineering, architecture or BI with leadership responsibility.
• Hands-on Snowflake, DBT, SQL and ETL/ELT development.
• Expertise in data warehousing, dimensional modeling and scalable cloud data platforms.
• Experience building BI solutions and semantic models using Power BI.
• Ability to design reliable data pipelines and optimize data warehouse workloads.

• Design trusted data structures and analytical models supporting retail use cases such as inventory, sales, pricing, promotions and omnichannel customer analytics.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate analytical requirements into maintainable data products and reporting solutions.
• Lead and mentor data engineers and analysts while setting standards for data modeling, transformation, documentation and delivery quality.

Skills Required:

• 10 - 14 years of experience in data engineering, data architecture or business intelligence, including leadership responsibility.
• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake, DBT, SQL and ETL or ELT development.
• Expertise in data architecture, data warehousing, dimensional modeling and scalable cloud data platforms.
• Experience developing business intelligence solutions and semantic reporting models using Power BI.
• Ability to design reliable data pipelines, optimize warehouse workloads and support secure, high-volume analytical environments.

Good to Have:

• Experience with data governance and data quality practices in enterprise data environments.

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related discipline; B.Tech, M.Tech or dual-degree qualifications are acceptable.
