Responsibilities and Duties:

Taking Care of Our AMC Clients

Hardware Experience:

1. 2 Year Field Support
2. System Assemble
3. System Troubleshooting
4. Windows Loading and Recovery
5. Desktop MB, CPU, RAM, HDD and Other Parts Replacement
6. Laptop RAM, LED, Battery, Adapter, OS Loading and Recovery
7. Data Backup
8. Printer Installation

Software Experience:

1. Software Loading of MS Office, Chrome, Mozilla, VLC, Adobe Reader
2. Important Apps: Adobe Acrobat Professional, Corel Draw (All Versions), Adobe Photoshop, Adobe CS Master Version, AutoCAD (All Versions), Autodesk 3D Max (All Versions), Vray

Networking Experience:

1. Desktop and Laptop IP Addressing
2. File Folder Sharing in Windows XP/7/10 and Server 2008/2012
3. Printer Installation and Sharing
4. Knowledge in IP Address Classes
5. Knowledge in DHCP and DNS
6. Broadband Router Configuration
7. ADSL Model Configuration
