JOB RESPONSIBILITIES OF SALES/MARKETING PROFILE IN FMCG INDUSTRY

1. Keeping in contact with existing customers in person and by phone.
2. Making appointments with and meeting new customers.
3. Achieving the sales targets.
4. Promoting new product details.
5. Advising customers about delivery schedules and after sales service.
6. Recording orders and sending details to the Marketing Office.
7. Providing feedback on sales trends.
8. Possession of excellent sales, communication, confidence, and negotiation skills.
9. Ability to develop in-depth knowledge about the products and the markets.
10. Ability in reviewing sales & performances as well as negotiating contracts and packages.
11. Engaging in superior customer service by making information available.
12. Persistence in sales even in the face of failure.
13. Demonstrating products and services as deemed necessary by the clients and management.
14. Scheduling appointments and meetings as necessary.
15. Answering queries from clients/customers as required.

Educational Qualifications: Minimum Graduate with specialization in Marketing will be an added advantage.

Job Experiences: Minimum 3 to 5 years exposure in FMCG Marketing.

Salary: Rs.15,000/- to Rs.20,000/- per month.
