Key Responsibilities
- 1. Development & Implementation
- Design, develop, and maintain SailPoint ISC / IdentityIQ components including:
- Lifecycle Manager configurations
- Access Request workflows
- Certification campaigns
- Role-based access controls (RBAC)
- Custom workflows & rules
- Develop and enhance connectors for onboarding applications (REST, SCIM, JDBC, AD, SAP, etc.).
- Implement access provisioning/de-provisioning workflows and policy enforcement.
- 2. Integration & Customization
- Build custom rules using Java, Beanshell, Groovy, or SailPoint APIs.
- Integrate SailPoint with:
- Active Directory / Azure AD
- HRMS systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM)
- Cloud applications (AWS, Azure, GCP, O365)
- Develop REST/SCIM services for application onboarding.
- 3. Identity Governance Operations
- Configure identity lifecycle events (Joiner/Mover/Leaver).
- Define and manage access policies, SOD, and certification campaigns.
- Manage roles, entitlements, and account aggregation.
- 4. Performance, Security, & Compliance
- Optimize SailPoint jobs, workflows, and transformations.
- Ensure compliance with security standards (ISO, NIST, SOX).
- Troubleshoot system defects, issues, and connector failures.
- Create detailed technical design documents, playbooks, and solution diagrams.
- Work closely with security, infra, cloud, and application teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvements.
Skill Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills
4+ years of experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or ISC (Identity Security Cloud).
Strong hands‑on experience in:
- Java / Beanshell scripting
- SailPoint Workflows & Rules
- REST APIs / SCIM integrations
- Identity lifecycle management
- Directory services (AD, Azure AD, LDAP)
Experience with databases (MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server).
Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
IAM Knowledge
- Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
- Access Management basics
- RBAC, ABAC, SoD policies
- Authentication & authorization concepts
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication & stakeholder interaction experience.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
Other Requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- SailPoint Certification (IdentityIQ Engineer / ISC Engineer)
- Experience with DevOps pipelines (Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
- Knowledge of CI/CD deployment for SailPoint environments
- Experience with multi-cloud identity management
