Job summary

Windows Consultants in Gurgaon seeks an experienced General Accounting/RTR professional to manage end-to-end RTR activities and lead a team of accounting professionals.

The role requires strong knowledge of journal entries, GL, balance sheet reconciliations, accruals and month-end close, with SAP or Oracle experience. US shift willingness and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in General Accounting/RTR.
• Strong knowledge of journal entries, GL, balance sheet reconciliations, accruals and month-end close.
• Experience with SAP or Oracle ERP systems.
• Excellent communication, analytical and leadership skills.
• Willingness to work in US shift.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end RTR activities.
• Review and approve journal entries, accruals and GL transactions.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure timely month-end and year-end close.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls and reporting standards.
• Lead, mentor and manage a team of accounting professionals.
• Coordinate with internal and global stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational excellence.

Shift: US Shift (5:30 PM 2:30 AM)

Transportation: Two-way cab facility provided

Key Responsibilities

• - Manage end-to-end Record-to-Report (RTR) activities.
• - Review and approve journal entries, accruals, and General Ledger transactions.
• - Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure timely month-end and year-end close.
• - Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and reporting standards.

Required Qualifications

• -5+ years of experience in General Accounting/RTR.
