We are looking for an SME – Electrical to lead and support end-to-end electrical solution design for MW-scale Data Center projects.
Develop end-to-end electrical designs for Data Centers
Design HT/MV/LV systems, Transformers, DGs, UPS, Batteries, Switchgear, Busways, PDUs/RPPs, ATS/STS and more
Develop SLDs, Load Schedules, Basis of Design, Equipment Sizing and Technical Specifications
Define redundancy philosophies – N, N+1, 2N and 2N+1
Review electrical calculations, protection coordination, voltage drop and power quality
Identify Single Points of Failure and ensure system reliability, maintainability and availability
Support RFP/RFQ, pre-sales, technical proposals and customer presentations
Coordinate with MEP, Civil, Fire, BMS/EPMS, ICT/ELV, Procurement and Commissioning teams
Support Testing, Commissioning and Integrated Systems Testing (IST)
Strong expertise in Data Center Electrical Infrastructure and Power Distribution
Knowledge of Uptime/Tier Concepts, TIA-942, IEC, IEEE, NFPA, NEC and IS Standards
Experience with ETAP/SKM/EasyPower, AutoCAD, Revit/Navisworks and MS Excel is preferred
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and customer-facing skills
Hyperscale, Colocation or Mission-Critical Data Centers
Experience with Consultants, EPC Contractors, Data Center Operators/Developers or Electrical OEMs
Hands-on experience in MW-scale Data Center Electrical Design
