Smallcase Technologies Private Limited is hiring a Product Manager to join the AI pod and help build the future of investing in India. You will own the AI product roadmap, evaluate Generative AI, LLMs, and automation, and translate consumer problems into clear product requirements with measurable outcomes.

You will work with Engineering, Design & Business teams to drive end-to-end execution, define metrics, and prioritize features to balance speed and impact in a dynamic wealth-tech environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience across the full lifecycle.
• Strong product sensibility with IA, UI/UX, and interaction design understanding.
• Experience in building or scaling AI-native features with user adoption impact.
• In-depth knowledge of AI technology, including AI providers, evals, tool-call architecture and grounding techniques.
• Data-driven thinker with ability to derive actionable insights for product decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with leadership alignment.

About The Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our AI pod and help build the future of investing in India.

The AI Pod owns and drives product strategy to

leverage AI-native features to improve existing product flows, &

ideate, build & launch new AI-native products in the wealth-tech domain.

This role offers a unique diversity of challenges, allowing you to work on upcoming products in their 0-1 journey while simultaneously embedding AI solutions in established products from 1-10 to 10-1000 (& more).

What You'll Be Doing

• Own the AI product roadmap and strategy, aligning vision directly with the leadership team.
• Evaluate and implement Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents and automation where they create genuine product value
• Identify high-value use cases where AI solutions can be leveraged to improved product & business metrics across existing product offerings
• Translate consumer problems and insights into clear product requirements, workflows & measurable outcomes
• Build, test and iterate rapid MVPs and prototypes for idea validation
• Develop original, first-principles solutions to complex challenges
• Work closely with Engineering, Design & Business teams to drive end-to-end execution, translating detailed product specifications to high quality products & features
• Define product metrics & continuously measure adoption, engagement, retention and business impact
• Own product prioritisation and make clear trade-offs between speed, impact & complexity.

What We Look For In You

• 3+ years of demonstrated product management experience, with expertise in the full product development lifecycle, including sprint patterns, specifications document creation and implementation
• Strong product sensibility, coupled with an excellent understanding of Information Architecture, UI/UX, and Interaction Design.
• Prior experience in building and scaling AI native features or products with proven user adoption & positive impact on business metrics
• In-depth knowledge of AI technology - you should be comfortable with integrating AI providers, setting up evals, tool-call architecture, RAG pipelines, observability & orchestration, memory, prompt management and tackle hallucinations using various grounding techniques
• Proven ability to leverage data & analytical skills to derive actionable insights and incorporate those into product design decisions.
• Exceptional communication & stakeholder management skills for coordinating with internal & external teams and aligning with leadership.
• Strong understanding of financial & stock market terms is preferred, but not mandatory
