Job summary

Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance is seeking a dynamic leader to derive Insurance Business from the assigned team and deliver pre- and post-sales support to clients. The role focuses on achieving targets while ensuring consistent quarterly business growth and leading efforts to stabilize a new channel through people, process, and structure.

The incumbent will oversee KRA areas including target attainment, sales process guidance, team development, and effective business acquisition, with emphasis

Responsibilities

• Achieve targets related to premium and NOP and allocate leads to team members as per targets decided.
• Periodically monitor and review performance on topline and health parameters.
• Handhold and guide the team on the sales process, lead conversion and closure of sale.
• Aggressively download all RnR activities running by the organisation.
• Execute smooth function of sales and processes; communicate process changes via training modules.
• Ensure sales and service activities (sales calls, issuance, complaint handling) operate without blocks.
• Identify the right people for the right places to maximize productivity.
• Evaluate opportunities in each business unit and allocate targets accordingly.
• Recruit, develop and train team members to maximize productivity.
• Scrutinise the business regularly and provide relevant information to superiors.
• Achieve persistency targets per company norms so renewals occur on time; take corrective actions as needed.
• Team management through continuous on-the-job training and skill enhancement.

KRA2 Executes smooth function of the sales and other processes in order to maximise business potential. 1. Communicate any process change or change in any rules and regulations by the help of different training module.

• Ensure that actual sales and service aspects including sales calls, issuance and complaint handling are carried out without any blocks

KRA3 Ensure relevant people in the right place right time in order to maximise the productivity 1. Understanding the strength of the resource and depending on that allocating job responsibility

• Evaluating the opportunity of each business unit and allocating targets as per that
• Recruit, develop and train team members to maximize productivity

KRA4 Execute the right method of business acquisition in order get the profitable mix for the organisation 1. Scrutinise the business on regular basis and give the relevant information to superiors
