This role is responsible for leading global HR operations and analytics initiatives, managing data-driven L&D processes, and collaborating with stakeholders and vendors to deliver high-impact outcomes. It requires strong project management, analytical skills, and the ability to work seamlessly across diverse, multi-cultural teams.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Analyze and interpret L&D data, build dashboards, and provide insights.


  • Manage vendor relationships and database security protocols.


  • Lead project plans, budgets, and stakeholder communication.


  • Optimize delivery of assessments and track operational KPIs.


  • Identify process improvements and mitigate risks.

  • 15+ years of global project management and people management experience in matrix organizations.
