Job summary

Airbus India Private Limited is seeking a Skywise Virtual Campus Trainer to design hands-on Skywise learning experiences and facilitate virtual classes for a global user base including Airbus and partner personnel. You will develop and maintain the Skywise Virtual Campus App, plan sessions, and report on KPIs while advancing your analytics and pedagogy skills.

The role requires 3–5 years in data analytics/engineering and strong English communication, with a focus on customer-facing education

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master in CS/DS/IT or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in data analytics/engineering or BI projects.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Design innovative hands-on learning solutions on Skywise per learning strategy and roadmap.
• Facilitate virtual classrooms on data-driven solutions for Airbus, Airlines and Partners personnel.
• Design, develop and maintain the Skywise Virtual Campus App for learning services and session management.
• Monitor KPIs and collect user feedback to improve the learning catalogue.
