Job summary

ALTEN India is seeking a Developer – Skywise in Bengaluru with 5–8 years of experience in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Spark, and Skywise tools. You will build data pipelines, dashboards, microservices, and RESTful APIs while integrating Skywise Foundry and AIP platforms.

Strong React with TypeScript and DevOps CI/CD exposure are required. The role emphasizes hands-on data engineering, UI development, and collaboration within SAFe/JIRA workflows.

Qualifications

• Engineering graduate with 5–8 years of experience in Python, Javascript and TypeScript, Data Analytics, Spark, SQL, Skywise
• Experience in building data pipelines using Apache Spark.
• Experience in building dashboards.
• Certification in Skywise/Palantir Foundry is a plus.
• Knowledge/Experience in Skywise tools like Code Repositories, Code Workbooks, Ontologies, Slate, Workshop is a must.
• Knowledge/Experience in Pyspark is a must.
• Knowledge/Experience in Kafka and other streaming tools is a plus.
• Knowledge/Experience in Foundry AIP platform is good to have.
• Knowledge/Experience on DevOps CICD Jenkins pipelines would be appreciated
• Strong knowledge of UI development using React with TypeScript
• Strong understanding of non-relational databases
• Ability to design and implement RESTful APIs
• Understanding of Docker and Kubernetes
• Understanding of Microservices development
• Knowledge of Vitest and JUnit
• Strong knowledge of Git
• Knowledge of SAFe agile methodology and workflow, preferably using JIRA

Responsibilities
