Mandatory Requirement:

- Experience in ISO 27001 audit or SOC audit

- Building Information Modeling: They provide modeling services (CAD2BIM, SCAN2BIM, CIVIL3D, MEP, and Rendering).
- BACS: Business Process Consulting and Automation Services.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Review project plans to coordinate project activity
- Participate in strategic planning and program development
- Manage backup, security, and user help systems
- Develop and interpret organizational goals, policies, and procedures
- Develop computer information resources, ensuring data security and control, strategic computing, and disaster recovery
- Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and resolve problems
- Stay up-to-date with advances in technology
- Provide users with technical support for computer problems
- People management, including leave management, performance management, and grievance handling
- Ensure maximum team utilization and allocate resources to projects
- Coordinate hiring activities and ensure all open positions are closed
- Provide training and career development for the team
- Design and develop an annual plan for the department and oversee implementation
- Manage change and implement new programs, undertaking process improvement initiatives
- Minimize schedule and technical risk by proactively addressing obstacles
- Create and maintain the financial budget for the team and manage P&L
- Interact with clients for process-related queries and communication
- Ensure adherence to productivity, quality, and timelines defined by SLAs
- Maintain minutes of meetings for client meetings and communicate with management and clients
- Manage day-to-day operations and organize team meetings for updates
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Senior IT Manager in managing projects and utilizing resources effectively and efficiently.
