Job summary

Berkowits Hair & Skin Clinics in Delhi seeks a Skin Technician to perform LHR and aesthetic treatments, following SOPs and ensuring client safety. You will assist doctors, educate clients on aftercare, and manage session records.

The role requires 2–4 years in laser/skin treatment, a Cosmetology/Aesthetics course, and weekend availability. Competitive CTC and incentives accompany a structured growth path within Berkowits.

Qualifications

• Certificate in a Cosmetology or Aesthetics course.
• 2 to 4 years of experience as a skin or laser technician.
• Hands-on experience in laser hair reduction.

Responsibilities

• Perform laser hair reduction (LHR) for men and women.
• Perform facials, HydraFacial, chemical peels, carbon laser, IPL per SOP.
• Do a patch test and safety checks before each treatment.
• Assist the doctor during procedures.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic treatment room and machines.
• Explain aftercare and homecare product recommendations.
• Call clients for follow-ups and next sessions.
• Help the clinic achieve targets.
• Record every session in clinic software.

Location: J-1, Kailash Colony, Greater Kailash 1, Opposite Summer Fields School, New Delhi – 110048

Salary: ₹3.5 Lakh to ₹5 Lakh per year (CTC)

Experience: 2 to 4 years

Qualification: Cosmetology / Aesthetics course

Job type: Full-time

Working days: 6 days a week. 1 weekly off on a weekday, as per roster.

Timings: 9:45 AM to 7:00 PM

About The Role

You will perform skin and laser treatments safely, as per Berkowits SOPs, and help every client get good results.

What You Will Do

• Perform laser hair reduction (LHR) for both women and men.
• Perform facials, HydraFacial, chemical peels, carbon laser and photofacial (IPL) as per SOP.
• Do a patch test and safety checks before every KKJHtreatment.
• Assist the doctor during procedures.
• Keep the treatment room and machines clean and hygienic.
• Explain aftercare and suggest suitable homecare products.
• Call clients for follow-ups and next-session bookings.
• Help the clinic achieve its targets.
• Record every session in the clinic software.

Who Can Apply

Must have

• Experience in a skin, aesthetic or dermatology clinic.
• Experience with HydraFacial, carbon laser or IPL machines.
