Job summary

Berkowits is seeking a Skin/Laser Technician in Bengaluru to perform skin and laser treatments safely as per SOPs, ensuring client satisfaction and good results.

You will perform LHR, facials, HydraFacial, chemical peels, carbon laser and IPL, with patch tests and safety checks prior to procedures, while assisting doctors and maintaining hygiene. Training and performance incentives are provided.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of hands-on skin or laser technician experience.
• Experience with laser hair reduction (LHR) on both genders.
• Strong patient communication and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Perform laser hair reduction (LHR) for women and men.
• Conduct facials, HydraFacial, chemical peels, carbon laser and IPL as per SOP.
• Do patch tests and safety checks before each treatment.
• Assist the doctor during procedures.
• Maintain clean and hygienic treatment rooms and equipment.
• Explain aftercare and suggest homecare products.
• Call clients for follow-ups and next sessions.
• Help the clinic achieve targets.
• Record every session in the clinic software.

Salary: ₹3.5 Lakh to ₹5 Lakh per year (CTC)

Experience: 2 to 4 years

Job type: Full-time

Working days: 6 days a week. 1 weekly off on a weekday, as per roster.

Timings: 9:45 AM to 7:00 PM

• Do a patch test and safety checks before every KKJHtreatment.
• Assist the doctor during procedures.
• Keep the treatment room and machines clean and hygienic.
• Explain aftercare and suggest suitable homecare products.
• Call clients for follow-ups and next-session bookings.
• Help the clinic achieve its targets.
• Record every session in the clinic software.

WHO CAN APPLY

Must have

• Certificate in a Cosmetology or Aesthetics course.
• 2 to 4 years of experience as a skin or laser technician.
• Hands-on experience in laser hair reduction.
• Comfortable with targets and with talking to clients.

Good to have

• Experience in a skin, aesthetic or dermatology clinic.
• Experience with HydraFacial, carbon laser or IPL machines.
